Mark 6:14-29

This was the story of King Harod beheading John the Baptist when the daughter of Herodias asked for his head on a platter on her mother's behalf. God raised John from the dead. John had spoken truth to Herod that he should not take his brother's wife. Herodias spitefully wanted him dead. There isn't much that I got from this other than don't be spiteful and God is amazing, yet again--Raising the dead like only he can!
